Would highly recommend - makes you think how little you do! This has encouraged me to lose weight by counting calories every day - my goodness I ate too much before. The whole concept is brilliant and the sleep pattern very interesting. Ordered beginning of June, my Flex comes to make the soul. I've used it in a swimming pool (in the terms of use of the Fitbit one-it can go up to 10m), but apparently he wasn't too happy. Super! I'm happy with itit is a product that is light to wear ; with excellent lighting and a zoom effect very convenient. I can only recommend it.
